They were my absolute first choice and I’m delighted that I hired them! Replacing my roof was not something I was planning on this year. But due to homeowners insurance requirements changing due to hurricane Helene, it was unavoidable. My initial estimate appointment provided me with pictures of exactly what was going on with my roof, reassurances that what I was required to do was needed and various inclusions/exclusions on the estimate for me to choose from, at my request. Throughout the entire process, even with Christmas and New Years in the mix, I was reliably able to get a reply from Roofers LLC. I was never ignored nor did they make me feel like an annoyance. Pictures were provided throughout the process. Since I’m not getting on a ladder, this benefit was vital. (They have a super duper online customer cam feature for you!) the Customer Cam feature also provided me with photographic proof my insurance company required of me. Every step along the way was explained thoroughly and completed or corrected as expected. For the single women out there who have had bad experiences with men they have hired to do work on their homes… no one at Roofers LLC ever talked down to me, criticized my home or ability to maintain it (although I struggle) treated me as lesser than or dismissed my questions and concerns as they arose. I absolutely recommend Roofers LLC to you, specifically (and yes, there were a few snags. So this isn’t coming from an experience that was straightforward and smooth sailing). I needed a roof replacement before a deadline & I called multiple roofing companies. I left a voicemail with one & got a call back two days later. When I called Roofers LLC before I could even leave a voicemail, Alex was calling be back. He was tremendous in gathering all my information & history of the roof. He scheduled an appointment the next day (which was Christmas Eve Eve) & inspected my roof which was desperately in need of a new roof. Alex gave me a hard date & they delivered. Roofers LLC completed the new roof in one day & thoroughly cleaned up all the debris. I am highly impressed with the work this crew has done. Although, after our interactions & how thorough Alex was- I expected nothing but the best from this team & they exceeded in every aspect. The roof looks great from down below & I am so thankful I chose roofers LLC. Alex was extremely transparent & went above & beyond to make sure everything was completed & communicated the entire time. I had an excellent experience with Brian Ledford and his amazing team. They were very professional ! In fact, the team arrived around 8 for the removal of the old shingles…my roof was in extremely bad shape. Before I knew it they were installing the new one ! They completed my roof in one day and tripled checked for any nails on the ground. Mr. Ledford, his son and Kegan were able to answer all of my questions and concerns…One thing that I appreciated is that I was given documentation of the type of shingles I purchased as well as warranty information in the event that I need it down the road. In addition to that, Roofers LLC make it a point to come out each year to inspect their customers roofs to make sure that things are as they should be. If there is any thing that needs to be addressed they bring it to the attention of the home owner. Even if you apparently fit an easy-to-rip-off profile, which apparently we do. This company just doesn't. They have integrity and are honest. It's very impressive. When our roof started to leak, in three places, we started with the insurance adjuster (no, we replaced your roof ten years ago, you used a company that advertises a lot, three letter name, not replacing it again, don't care if they used sub-standard shingles), and moved on to several different roofing companies, all of which gave us different answers, and no proof. The Roofers guy was the first who showed us a video walk-through so we could actually see where the problems were. And a solid estimate, which was only an estimate because they wouldn't know exactly how much of the decking was rotten until they pulled off the shingles. So who would you pick? One of the no-estimate casual should be around so much companies - or the professionals? Us too. Great choice. I might add in the middle of the install I was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance, with my husband with me, and they didn't miss a beat. The crew finished the roof, and their leader came out a day or two later to do a final inspection, and a magnetic search for nails. They treated us as if we mattered, and as if their self respect mattered to them. My husband asked some questions, and it became clear that the well-being of the crew matters to management. It's the type of company we all wish we worked for, but few of us do. I doubt we'll ever need another roof (we're old), but if we did, this is the only company we would call.
