Roofers, LLC reached out to me after this post, and I want to let it be known that they did try to reach out to me, however the email was not received. I called Roofers LLC out to fix a small, recently discovered leak, and opted to have them complete a comprehensive roof tune-up to protect our home from the elements. From initial contact, Matt White was very responsive and showed up the same day for the estimate. I was impressed by his detailed inspection and the number of photos he took to clearly explain his findings and recommendations. Before accepting the job, he was also excellent about answering follow-up questions via text. They made it incredibly easy to review the detailed estimate online before signing. Kegan, who completed the work, was just as professional. He provided excellent photo documentation of the repairs as he went. I really appreciated how they shared a before-and-after project timeline photo library, which included over 50 detailed images for reference. He also took the time to explain exactly what he did and answer all my questions. I got three different estimates for this job, and Roofers LLC was very competitive. I originally found them through a Google search and was drawn to their 4.9-star rating across 362 reviews. Now I see why—maintaining consistency like that is tough, and it’s a testament to their excellent service. I am extremely happy with how the roof came out, and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs roof replacement.
