I’ve been in the roofing industry for over four years now, and it’s been an incredible journey. Before this, I spent 18 years in manufacturing, but making the switch to roofing was definitely the best decision I could have made. As a sales manager, I love tackling daily challenges and, more importantly, pouring into my team. Watching everyone hit their milestones and grow both personally and professionally is what really drives me.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me at the grill, experimenting with new recipes, or out on long motorcycle rides to clear my head. And above all, I’m a proud dad of three. Spending time with my kids and making memories with them is what means the most to me.
